Beach Blonde Betty

This is my friend Betty! Which explains the title lol. She had a dark smudge so what i did was brought her blonde up higher, smudged a dark blonde root and toned her with a permanent toner. I know this sounds incredibly simple but this actually took 9 hours! The result was a HUGE change because she was a level 3 and i finally was able to get her to a dimensional level 9 all over and level 7 smudge.
